Model withdrawal form

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a subscription or top-up within 14 days after concluding the agreement without giving reasons (article 16 of the terms of service). You can do so in three ways:

• via the withdrawal button in the app: app.pseudonymizer.eu/withdraw. You immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt with the date and time;
• by email to privacy@litic.ai;
• with the European model form below (Annex I, Part B, to Directive 2011/83/EU): fill it in and email it to privacy@litic.ai, or send it by post to the address in the form.

We refund all payments within 14 days after your withdrawal using the same payment method. If you expressly agreed in the checkout to the immediate start of the service, you pay an amount proportional to the use up to the moment of withdrawal; once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal lapses. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers. You can end the free trial without cost or formalities.
